		<description>One cannot quarrel with these definitions.However,it is my belief that Engagement has arrived on our HR Agenda because of the demise of the traditional command and control organization and the arrival of the Knowledge worker.Seen from this perspective,the task is not to have engagement programmes BUT to construct organizations that can serve the Value Propositions of the multi-generational workforces present.Concepts of Apprentice,Leadership,Followership,Competencies,Job Design,etc need major overhaul with ENGAGEMENT as a major design criteria</description>

While there are some employees who may not like or believe in their company and still deliver a positive experience to their customers - this reality is rare.
