Dr. Leachim Semaj is a Jamaican psychologist and consultant who I had the fortune to interview a few weeks ago after he presented at the Jamaica Employer’s Federation conference on the topic - Mastering the Psychology of Change: Learning from the Past, Managing the Present, Reading The Future.
