In 2007, Jack Welch gave a speech at the Cave Hill School of Business at their Caribbean International Leadership Summit.

The audios for his extraordinary speech are still available online at the following link, and it includes a priceless interchange with the Prime Minister of Barbados.

Unfortunately the audios are no longer available online.  However, the transcript is available below.
