I agree with your comments about how cultures are created and their impact on organisations. It is a pity that the video clip did not end at the connection between corporate culture and profits which I was waiting for. How can I access that portion of the interview?

Call that a mistake on her part. Alas, there was no more time in the interview to go int things on a deeper level.
Just as we were getting to the meat of the matter. Good build up so far. Values aligned to vision and mission and ultimately the behaviours that are required to inculcate those values. I guess. Would I be on track with that?
